I am part of a small art group over Yahoo! that emits daily prompts to its members. Occasionally I participate. Occasionally.

Today's prompt was, "Draw a husky woodsman." Yeah. I took it to the next level, biatch.

So this is a husky. With an axe. In a forest.

The only thing in this I really like is the husky (I hate the background. I half-assed it because I was tired of drawing), and it doesn't even look like a husky. I used very loose references gleaned from Google, mostly for some authentic markings.
But I've never drawn a dog like this-- and by that, I mean hair-by-hair. I love my tablet so much. It makes things so much easier.
